Doc,
Thanks for last Saturday night. It was great to hear you play at Java Joe's again. Give best regards to Scotty when you talk to him.
Thanks for all you did for the Cav. You were a medic we could trust and respect.
Let me know if you need help on the Commanders project.

Dear Lem,
I found your website through the Arts of War (VVA.org) website. I am a screenwriter with a script listed there as well. It is "A Grunt's Tale" - about Khe Sanh, Vietnam and also about the difficulty in returning home. Who knows, maybe if I get someone to option or buy my script, you can write the soundtrack! YOu can go to http://blog.vva.org to see the write up or even to www.moviebytes.com to see all my scripts. Best wishes, Justine Cowan

Hey Lem! Great work - back in country (both tours and all zones!) and back home - safely and continuing the battle. But battling in such an awe inspiring and peaceful way.
Keep up the great work and be safe on all fronts - we all have your back as we know you have ours!
Semper Peace!

Thank you for sharing your time and talent with our Adult Day Health Care veterans, staff and volunteers on Friday, April 24th. Your music brightened up everyone's day. Your enthusiasm is contagious ! We were all so glad to "catch it" !
The amount of effort that goes into writing, rehearsing, making time to come out here, transport all of your equipment and find parking is all so very much appreciated. We realize that the joy you bring while you perform is backed by a lot of time, dedication and love ! For all that you do we are grateful !
Thank you for sending the pictures ! We put them on our bulletin board immediately ! They serve as a wonderful reminder of our afternoon with you !
Music filled our rooms the whole rest of the day ! No one, neither veterans nor staff, could stop themselves from humming, singing and/or tapping their toes ! We thank you again and look forward to your next visit with us !

YO ! Website Guests :
Vinny P. from the South Bronx in NYC here to tell you that at long last my distant cousin Lem has released a CD worthy of my chops on Blues harmonica. When he sent the rough mixes with "Mooch" on bass and "General " Scott Sheridan
on percussion, I e-mailed Lem and said: "When can we record some harp tracks?"
This is to confirm my patented Mekong Delta Blues harp will be on his next big project in 2009 !
Gotta love "That Yankees Tune"...

If you like your Blues with a variety of influences and not just from the Southern US, you will appreciate this. "Six Lazzeri Lane" is a marvelous start to this album. Hard not to tap along with it.
Lem shows his big heart on "Elegy For The Fallen" a 12 string instrumental. Swampy Americana with a brain, a heart and damned good Blues guitar.

This rocking Lem Genovese pays homage to the best in vintage guitar instrumentals and still manages to sound fresh !
